About Travel
After I order my race tickets, when will they arrive?
Once the order is placed, tickets are normally shipped between 2-6 weeks prior to the event. Your tickets will be shipped from the Official Speedway Box Office from which you purchased your race tickets.
What Shipping Methods does racetickets.com use?
Since your tickets are shipped from the Official Speedway Box Office that you purchased tickets for, they reserve the right to charge their own service charges based on the shipping method you choose. Remember though, these are not additional fees. racetickets.com DOES NOT charge brokerage fees, you are purchasing official tickets directly from the speedway's best available tickets.
What is Will - Call?
Will-call means that your race tickets will be held at the official speedway box office for you to pick prior to the event rather than being sent to your home. We suggest coming early and picking up your tickets early and then enjoy the activities around the speedway grounds.
Are there children's tickets available?
Some events do have discounted tickets available for children. To find out further information on children's tickets, including availability and age restrictions, call one of our friendly race agents at 1.866.989.RACE(7223).
What can I bring with me to the race?
Each speedway has different policies on items that can be brought inside the facility. Please refer to the Fan Guide that will be included with your tickets for the latest information on which items are allowed in the speedway for that event.
If I sign up for one of your newsletters, what types of e-mails do you send?
By signing up on our newsletters section or through purchasing race tickets you will be able to be up to date with all of the latest race ticket news. Get exclusive racetickets.com offers, ticket sales dates, and other pertinent information.
I just purchased my race tickets, what are all of these options available and can I purchase them at a later date?
Whether you want to be a part of live entertainment at a pre-race party or you want to purchase a pit-tour experience, we are your source for all of the options available on race weekend. While each track has different options, they are all available for purchase for ticket holders. We encourage you to plan your whole weekend right away, but you always have the option to come back and purchase more options for your race weekend.
Somebody in my party uses a service animal, what is the speedways policy?
All of our speedways recognize the importance of service animals in assisting guests with visual and other impairments. These animals are welcomed throughout the property, but must remain leashed and harnessed at all times. Guests are required to bring their own pet waste disposal bags. Guests who bring service animals may request Accessible seating to accommodate the service animals safely and comfortably.
What happens if the race is postponed?
If the race is postponed the race ticket will be honored on the date the race has been rescheduled. Per speedway rules, we do not offer refunds for postponed races.
If I use my RaceRewards Visa Card, will I earn double laps?
Yes, you will earn double LAPS on your Race Rewards Visa on race ticket purchases from those speedways currently listed on the Race Rewards website.

Are airport transfers included in racetickets.com travel packages?
No, since not all of our customers fly in for the events, we didn't think it was fair to charge everyone for airport transfers. Typically, guests take a taxi, shuttle service, or rent a car to get from the airport to the hotel, and ultimately back to the airport after the event.
Are the tickets within the racetickets.com travel packages guaranteed?
Yes, we buy our tickets directly from tracks and not from ticket brokers, so our fans do not have to worry about their tickets not being there when they arrive at the event.
Do I get to pick my seats if I purchase a racetickets.com travel package?
No, when we purchase tickets from the tracks we receive a block of tickets generally all within the same areas. Typically, we have blocks of 50 or 100 and after all of our guests have finalized their plans to attend a race, we will assign tickets accordingly. Special requests will be considered and we will do our best to accommodate the requests.
Do you offer travel insurance?

Is Airline Transportation included in the price of racetickets.com travel packages?
No, we do not deal directly with airline bookings. As you know, NASCAR fans come from all different locations and at different times, which makes coordinating air travel very difficult. Also, we don't want to be responsible for missed, delayed, and/or canceled flights. We feel that our NASCAR travel packages begin when you arrive at our hotel for check-in and end when you check-out.
When do I get my tickets, are they sent to me when I purchase my travel package?
No, tickets are not sent to customers prior to the event. To ensure everyone has their ticket for the weekend, we hand out all tickets, admissions, and passes upon check-in to the hotel. At that time each person will verify that they are the one to receive the tickets and appropriate passes. Each customer will receive a "welcome packet" several weeks prior to the event outlining all details for the race weekend. Within the packet, detailed schedule, directions, addresses, and other important information will be given to allow customers to get a better understanding for the upcoming race weekend.
